1. Definitions and Interpretation

3. Account Registration and Security

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account. 3.3 Account Security

Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or account verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

234sky accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank), and cryptocurrency where available. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. 234sky reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Requirements

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. 4.5 Transaction Fees

234sky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. 6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Game Rules

You agree to abide by the rules of each game and understand that game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of the dealer. 6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 234sky platform:

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the 234sky platform including text, graphics, logos, images, game software, audio clips, video content, and data compilations is the exclusive property of 234sky or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 234sky platform without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 234sky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. 234sky's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

234sky is not responsible for technical failures, server downtime, network outages, payment processor errors, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 234sky. Each party may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity.

11. Amendments to Terms

234sky reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email, platform notification, or posting on the website. Continued use of the 234sky platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 234sky account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you using your verified payment method. 234sky reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. 13. Governing Law
